The BM Controller app does not collect, store, or transmit personal information. All configuration, camera settings, and IP addresses are used solely for establishing a local connection with Blackmagic cameras and remain on your device.

The application does not interact with external servers, analytics tools, or third-party services. It operates without transmitting data over the internet or to external systems. Your camera data stays private and local.
User-Initiated Contact
If you email our support team, your contact information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not store, track, or use it for any other purpose. Once the support request is resolved, your data is not retained.
Global Compliance
In the event that future versions of the app introduce features requiring any form of data processing, users will be informed transparently, and explicit consent will be obtained. All future data handling will comply with applicable regulations, including GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and other international standards.
